She has been taking my words for jokes right from the time of our courtship. Even as we've gotten married she still does that, until recently, when I broke the camel's back. Is it a crime not to have anything but one thing in this world. We went to church last sunday and I had nothing to put as offering. She just stared at me as the offering bowl rolled by. This has been happening for some sundays now. When we got home, she queried me; If I had known that you were this poor, I wouldn't have married you. I laughed; Hahahahaha! And said; When I was telling you that you are the only thing I have in this world, what were you thinking?
