I told her I am coming to see her that morning, that I don't care about the price of fuel or transport, I am coming that morning no matter what. Wow!, she texted, Okay!, she replied, I'm expecting you baby. I love you, I replied, I can't wait to see her. I am getting ready to leave Warri now, I texted her. She quickly replied, Okay, but baby, I'm on my period, Just want to let you know incase. I sent, Oh dear! My car just knocked, I can't come to see you again. She replied; Get your friend Chukwudi to take you here na, like he always does. I replied; He got shot by armed robbers so I can't come, I'm sorry dear. She replied; Oh never mind, I'm not on my period. My panties are just looking too red. I sent, my friend Chukwudi has just been discharged from the hospital now and he has said he is okay, he is fine, and he will take me to your place now. I am coming dear. Shit! She texted back, I'm really on my period. Just did not notice the blood. I replied; Damn!!!!!! My friend Chukwudi has been shot again, I am not coming!
