Ofego walked into school in the morning with a swollen face. All eyes fell on him. A teacher at the entrance to the school subway asked him; Warri Ofego what happened? Armed robbers. Ofego replied with a squeeze on his face. After the morning assembly the whole teachers gathered round him. He told them what they want to hear; Lies! He twisted the story so hard that even a reverend father could believe him. Walking to the class, Ofego said to himself; Next time, when I want to rob, I'll just rob someone that I know, not someone I don't know. While teaching the children in class, Ofego pointed out; You, Onos, what is 2x2? Rukevwe, answer him. Onos commanded. Rukevwe stood up; Uncle 2x2 is 4. Onos, are you mad? Ofego asked. Tobore answer him. Onos said. Tobore replied; No uncle. Ofego was frustrated and thought; What is happening? Is like I've lost the respect this boy Onos has for me. Was it because of what I did, or what? Or is it because my face is swollen? Okay! Later in the class, Ofego was sitting on his desk. Onos got up from his chair and walked down to him and said; Uncle, I want to lick Tom Tom. Where is it? Ofego asked. Onos replied; Look at it. Pointing at Ofego's swollen face. Ofego got provoked and hits him. The hit was so hard that Onos collasped and fainted. Onos are you crazy? Ofego asked. But the boy did not move. Ofego shaked him. No movement. The whole class stood in awe. Ofego tried in vain to wake him up. Onos, Onos, Chineke! I'm finished! He picked up Onos' body and ran out of the school without no one noticing. Next, Episode Eighteen.
