Ofego saw a vacancy for a teaching post in a nursery and primary school and went to apply. Can you do the job? The Headmaster asked him. Yes na, is it not to be teaching the children A,B,C,D. We call it KG 2 and a half because the children that did not agree to get promoted to KG 3 are the ones on it. The Headmaster explained. Hmm! I hope they are not stubborn and wouldn't give me tough time? Ofego asked. They will, but not anyhow you want it, Ofego interrupted, Thank God! It's anyhow they want it. The Headmaster concluded. Ofego in shock asked; Sir why are you giving me that kind of class? The Headmaster replied; It's because of your looks. No class fits you in this school other than that class and the gate man post. But it's not vacant. Ofego cried; Chai! And started work the following day in the school. As he sat on his desk after teaching the second subject before short break time, he stared at the children's food flasks at the corner and licked his mouth watering mouth. As he continued eyeing the food flasks. He counted them with his eyes and the numbers tallied with the number of children in the class, 76. Yes, I thank the Lord for bringing me here. This is food paradise. Said Ofego to himself. This children should do and go out for break let me start operation. The bell immediatly rang for short break. Ofego got up and told the children to go out for short break. While some went outside, some rushed to get their food flasks but Ofego stopped them explaining to them that it was short not lunch break that they will eat their food on lunch break. The children obeyed and went out for short break. As they left, Ofego watched them leave. And ate all their food from their food flasks while they were out. The children came back from break after the bell was rang and noticed that. . . . Next, Episode Fifteen.
